Give Missed Calls a Credible Path Forward

AI Voice Agents

After-hours and front-desk overflow coverage trained on the practice before it sits on the phone line, with approved answers, qualification, routing, and a clear human handoff.

$500 implementation + $397/month

When this is the right move

Recognize the Signal

  1. 01

    High-intent calls regularly reach voicemail.

  2. 02

Campaigns create call spikes the team cannot always absorb.

  3. 03

Staff spend significant time answering repeat questions.

  4. 04

Call outcomes are difficult to track or improve.

What changes

Build Toward an Outcome—Not a List of Features

01

More consistent coverage

Create a useful response path during overflow and after-hours moments.

02

Clear human boundaries

Escalate sensitive, complex, or valuable conversations at the right time.

03

Actionable call insight

Surface demand, objections, outcomes, and routing gaps for the team.

Phone coverage

Coverage for the Calls the Desk Cannot Take

Voice can start without an audit. The public demo is generic; a purchased agent is trained on the practice before launch. The $500 implementation covers setup; voice-only service is $397 per month, or $497 per month with chat. The minimum term is three months, then month-to-month.

Engagement boundaries
  • Founding members get month 1 free: the first 10 Tampa Bay med spas that go live, or through October 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
  • The $500 implementation fee credits toward the $1,500 audit when it starts within 90 days of implementation
  • Fair use is for real caller traffic and includes about 400 voice minutes per month; bots and uncapped national traffic are excluded, with a pause or overage above that level
