This notice explains how Cellura handles information submitted through cellura.ai. It does not cover the independent practices of external demo sites or third-party websites you choose to visit.

Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, Cellura may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, business name, website, area of interest, and the message you choose to share. Basic technical information may also be recorded by the hosting platform for security and reliability.

How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review your request, respond to you, determine whether Cellura may be a fit, maintain a record of the conversation, protect the website from misuse, and improve the inquiry process. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email.

Service providers
Cellura uses service providers to operate this website and inquiry workflow. Inquiry data is stored with Supabase, email notifications and confirmations are processed through Resend, and the website may be hosted through a third-party hosting provider. These providers process information on Cellura’s behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Retention and security
Cellura retains inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing joe@cellura.ai. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, or legitimate business-record purposes.
