Hi, I’ve never been to a med spa before — I’m mostly interested in improving my skin but I’m not really sure where to start. What do people usually do first?
That’s a great place to start — a lot of our clients feel the same way at first. Most people begin with a consultation where we look at your skin, talk through your goals, and recommend a personalized plan. For a first treatment, many clients choose something like a Hydrafacial or a customized facial to improve hydration and overall skin tone. If you’d like, I can help you figure out what would make the most sense for you.
I’ve heard of Hydrafacials — what exactly do they do, and is there any downtime?
Hydrafacials are one of our most popular treatments — they cleanse, exfoliate, and deeply hydrate your skin in a single session using customized serums. Most clients notice an immediate glow afterward. There’s little to no downtime — you might have some light redness right after, but it usually fades within a few hours. Are you thinking about this for a specific event, or just looking to improve your skin overall?
Mostly just to improve my skin overall — but I do have somewhat sensitive skin. Is that something I should be worried about?
That’s a great question — and you’re definitely not alone in that. The nice thing about Hydrafacial is that it’s fully customizable, so we can adjust the treatment and serums based on your skin type, including sensitive skin. Most clients with sensitivity do very well with it, especially when we take a more gentle approach. If you’d like, we can take a closer look at your skin and recommend the best starting point for you.
That sounds good — do you usually have consultations available this week?
Yes — we typically have openings throughout the week. A consultation is the best next step so we can understand your skin and walk you through the right options for you. I can help you get that scheduled right here, or connect you with the front desk if you prefer.

Hi — I’m interested in Botox or something similar for fine lines. How do I know what I actually need?
That’s a great question — and it’s exactly what we help with. For fine lines, treatments like Botox or Dysport are commonly used to relax the muscles that cause those lines. The right approach really depends on your facial structure, movement, and the specific areas you’re looking to treat. That’s why most clients start with a consultation — we can assess everything and recommend a plan that looks natural and fits your goals.
I’m mostly noticing lines in my forehead and around my eyes — is that something Botox would help with?
Yes — Botox is very effective for softening lines in the forehead and around the eyes (crow’s feet). A consultation allows us to evaluate those areas in detail and determine exactly how much product you’d need to get a natural-looking result. If you’d like, I can help you get that scheduled.
How long does it usually last, and will it look obvious?
Results typically last about 3–4 months, depending on the area treated and your body’s metabolism. Our goal is always subtle, natural-looking results — so you’ll still look like yourself, just more refreshed. Most clients find that others notice they look better, but can’t tell exactly why. If you’d like, we can walk through what that would look like for you during a consultation.
